BDO International is a world wide network of public accounting firms, called BDO Member Firms, serving international clients. Each BDO Member Firm is an independent legal entity in its own country. Internal agreements and guidelines as well as publications and other statements or announcements of BDO International do not aim at establishing a supranational legal entity nor are they suitable to give reason for the liability of BDO Member Firms for any acts or failures to act by other BDO Member Firms.
