Challenge / opportunity:
Many business units have limited access to customer data, leading to incomplete insights. Specialized analysts are required to bring together data from different silos to make decisions, which is a barrier.
Solution
Simplification of data management across business units through natural language queries instead of e.g. technical (SQL) database queries and user-friendly interfaces. Users from different departments can gain easy-to-understand, actionable insights from complex data.
Experience
Experience gained from a pilot project that allows non-technical users to query SQL databases using simple written instructions and visualize the results. This tool was characterized by its ability to interpret the written verbal input of users without technical knowledge to generate informative data visualizations from it.
