BDO Legal advises LINK Mobility Group ASA on the acquisition of Whatever Mobile-Group

The Norwegian LINK Mobility Group ASA has acquired all shares in the companies of the German Whatever Mobile Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.

A mutli-disciplinary team of BDO Legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH and BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft led by Thorsten Schumacher (Düsseldorf) has advised the listed Norwegian LINK Mobility Group ASA on the acquisition of all shares in the companies of the German Whatever Mobile-Group, comprising Whatever Mobile GmbH, Wherever SIM GmbH and GfMB Gesellschaft für Mobiles Bezahlen mbH. Seller of Whatever Mobile-Group were SPARK Consult GmbH, PlusCon Beratungsgesellschaft mbH and further undisclosed employees of Whatever Mobile Group. Founded in 2002 in Hamburg, Whatever Mobile-Group has approx. 50 employees and Germany’s leading provider of mobile messaging services.
