We view our IT consultancy as a holistic service offering founded on IT performance as an important prerequisite for the challenges of the public sector in the framework of completing operational tasks.

The main technological challenges of public and non-profit institutions for the future can be seen in the selection, implementation and operation of complex procedural landscapes, the development and use of modern e-government concepts and challenging requirements for an efficient IT infrastructure and its target-oriented management in the face of simultaneously rising cost pressure.

Founded on the in-depth industry expertise of BDO’s experienced team, we advise public authority clients with various technically oriented services with a view to modernisation and deployment of IT tools and procedures:

  • Improving the quality and efficiency of IT operations through the design of cross-organisational IT services (e.g. testing and implementation of the integration of IT organisations of different authorities or departments, improving the internal organisation of existing IT organisations)
