In the context of a highly dynamic market environment in global competition, high costs, long process durations and latencies as well as a lack of service quality and customer proximity can trigger high pressure to act for companies. A lack of standardization of processes and a consequent lack of comparability, effectiveness and compliance require sustainable process and structure optimization.
