The Executive Board of BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft has adopted a Code of Conduct that applies equally to all BDO employees in Germany. This Code of Conduct is the guideline for our daily actions and clarifies the ethical and moral standards to which we orient ourselves.
For BDO in Germany, i.e. BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft and the other companies of the BDO Group (hereinafter collectively referred to as "BDO"), it is of utmost importance not to behave unfairly or unlawfully in the conduct of business and to live up to our own social and ethical responsibility.
Against this background, this Code of Conduct has been drawn up. It sets out minimum standards of lawful and ethical conduct to be adhered to by our service providers and other suppliers (hereinafter "business partners"). Misconduct by our business partners, especially violations of the law and unethical behaviour, can reflect on us, violate the values we stand for and that our stakeholders expect us to uphold.
