With effect from 10 September 2020, aXon Gesellschaft für Informationssysteme mbH, specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365, became part of Fellowmind. With the addition of the German aXon-team, Fellowmind strengthens their leading position in the field of Microsoft Business Applications and Digital Workplace.
A mutli-disciplinary team of BDO Legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (BDO Legal) and BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (BDO) jointly led by Düsseldorf based partners Thorsten Schumacher (BDO Legal) and Jan Odewald (BDO) has advised Fellowmind group (Barneveld/The Netherlands) on the acquisition of all shares in aXon Gesellschaft für Informationssysteme mbH (Paderborn/Germany) through Fellowmind Deutschland GmbH. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The team of BDO Legal advised Fellowmind on all legal aspects of the acquisition, while the team of BDO was responsible for the corporate finance due diligence and tax advice of Fellowmind.
