Green Landscaping Group continues to establish itself in Germany through the acquisition of Rainer Gartengestaltung & Landschaftsbau, a company that provides ground maintenance and landscaping services for outdoor environments in Bavaria.
Rainer Gartengestaltung & Landschaftsbau was founded in 2005 and is today run by founder Matthias Rainer together with 24 employees. The company is based in Senden, Bavaria, Germany and provides services in ground maintenance and landscaping for outdoor environments around Ulm and Stuttgart. Net sales in 2022 amounted to approximately EUR 3 million.
Green Landscaping Group AB is a home for entrepreneurs. The service areas it is involved in are landscaping, ground maintenance and snow & ice removal. The Group has more than 2,000 employees and net sales of SEK 4.8 billion.

Green Landscaping Group acquires 100 percent of the shares in Rainer Gartengestaltung & Landschaftsbau with immediate access.
