A multidisciplinary transaction team from BDO, led by Steffen Eube and Felix Fries (Deal Advisory) as well as Michael Brauer and Julia Loncar (Transaction Tax), has successfully advised the Elovade Group, backed by its investors NEXX Capital and Verdane, on the acquisition of UK-based Zen Software Limited. BDO was commissioned to carry out financial and tax due diligence and also supported Elovade with the SPA; transaction tax advice was provided by BDO UK, coordinated by BDO Germany.
