HSW sells all shares in thermohauser GmbH to the existing management. Frank Lutz, previously managing director of the thermohauser Group, becomes the new sole managing partner. BDO's multidisciplinary transaction team, led by Dr Steffen Eube (Deal Advisory), supported HSW in determining the purchase price and structuring the tax provisions of the transaction agreements, while the team at BDO Legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, led by Thorsten Schumacher (Legal M&A), provided legal transaction advice.
