BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft advised Liberta Partners, with a team led by Christian Richter, on the acquisition of a significant stake in the ZEEH Group, a leading group of companies specialising in trade fair and event stand construction. BDO carried out the tax due diligence on the target companies and supported Liberta Partners during the negotiations, particularly regarding the purchase agreement.
The acquisition of a majority stake in the ZEEH Group represents an important milestone for the further development and growth of Liberta Partners. The merger of Liberta Partners and the previous shareholder, Hannover Finanz, opens up new development opportunities for the ZEEH Group.
The ZEEH Group has been operating successfully for over 40 years as a renowned service provider in the trade fair and event construction sector. Most recently, it strengthened its market position through the acquisition of the BRACE Group.
