The Frankfurt-based LifeFit Group has acquired Just Fit, and with this merger, it now operates a total of more than 230 locations with over 720,000 members. The Waterland portfolio company was supported in the transaction by a multidisciplinary transaction team from BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.
As with various previous growth initiatives, BDO once again provided comprehensive advisory services to the LifeFit Group in connection with the transaction. A deal advisory team led by Volkmar Berner provided financial due diligence support, while a team from the Transaction Tax practice led by Christian Richter conducted the tax due diligence.
With the agreement to acquire the 20 Just Fit studios in the Cologne metropolitan region and an additional studio in Mönchengladbach, the LifeFit Group is continuing the growth trajectory of recent years. It is once again strengthening its market position and taking another step toward its goal of operating more than 250 locations by 2028 through its current growth strategy.
