Founded in late 2021, metiundo GmbH is a metering provider specializing in the digitalization of measurement infrastructure for all types of energy and water in buildings. The company offers a comprehensive range of metering system services from a single source and employs approximately 70 people at its offices in Berlin and Heidelberg.
Octopus Energy Generation has invested 40 million euros in metiundo GmbH through its managed funds to accelerate the transition to a smarter, technology-enabled energy system based on renewable energy in Germany.
