A multidisciplinary team from BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft advised Reducate EdTech Group B.V. on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in IFU AcquiCo GmbH and its wholly owned German subsidiaries. The BDO team was led by Frank Scholl (Deal Advisory), Dr. Michael Brauer and Simone Kristin Hottinger (Transaction Tax). BDO performed a financial due diligence and a red flag tax due diligence and provided further support in course of negotiating the share purchase agreement.
