• Support with establishing project structure and project-oriented organisation to ensure project governance outside of line organisation by developing sets of rules as well as escalation and decision-making mechanisms; providing tools and templates for the necessary project communication (e.g. report forms, databases)
• Supporting the internal decision makers in ensuring the quality of results by developing and adopting a reporting system; implementing conceptual and post-implementation reviews
• Setting up and operating a project office with BDO experts on-site for training and providing operational support to the internal decision makers and project staff within the programme or project control
