BDO was commissioned to perform the financial, tax, and ESG due diligence.
KLmed GmbH specialises in the provision of highly qualified specialists for medical healthcare facilities (clinics, hospitals) in the areas of surgical care, anaesthesia and intensive care as well as other medical support services that have temporary or long-term requirements for medical and nursing staff. KLmed GmbH employs 120 people nationwide.
