As a partner, Steven Heilmann has over 22 years’ consultancy experience in the public sector, specialising in universities and research institutions, state and local government bodies, and public enterprises. His consultancy focus lies in supporting complex transformation projects and sensitive change processes aimed at the strategic reorientation of organisations, as well as the introduction of new technologies or the further development of existing ones to support business processes.
